Security And SafetyThe college is of the firm belief that the security and safety of its inmates is an integral part of its services in the education sector. On the College Annual day these awards are distributed to the achiever by the management.   Book BankThe library has a book bank and students aid fund section for lending text books to the deserving and needy students. Remedial and intensive CoachingThe college makes special efforts to identify the special needs of week students. Extra lectures are conducted for the benefit of these students. Individual and group coaching strategies are adopted to prove the special coaching a remedy to improve their academic and overall performance. Guidance and Counseling Cell  To cater to the psychological and emotional needs of our adolescent students a number of services are performed by the cell. The cell organizes works hops, seminars, talks and career counceling. The cell also deals with stress related problems and addresses mental health issues using individuals and group counseling, Strategies. Parent Teacher AssociationThrough regular interface between parents, teachers and students the associations works towards the psychological well-being and academic progress of the students. The association provides a forum for suggestions from parents for further development of the institution. Students CouncilThe student council is a representative body representing various classes and association with the principal as the ex-officio President. Its main objectives is to students activities to foster a spirit of unity and harmony.

Shailendra Education Society’s Arts, Commerce and Science College was established in 1994 with the launch of Commerce faculty. The Arts faculty was started in the year 1996. The college began with the primary objective of providing education to the lower socio-economic strata of the society who are very often the first generation learners. To increase the employability of the students the college launched self-finance courses from 2004 onwards. Under the self-finance courses BBI, BMS and B.Sc. (IT) courses are offered. The college has been sanctioned Research Centre in the Subject of Business Economics under the faculty of Commerce The College has undergone NAAC reaccreditation process in November 2011 and has been awarded B grade with CGPA of 2.92.
